Privacy on infinates.com

Who we are

infinates.com is the website of Infinates, a business software product built and supported by ChilliQuest Technology, 4th Floor, Tshale Khangzang (Building No. 16), Wangchuk Lam-2, Babesa, Thimphu, Bhutan. Questions about this page go to hello@chilliquest.com.

This page covers this website only. The Infinates systems companies use (at yourcompany.infinates.com) are run under each company's own agreement with us.

What we collect, and why

• When you book a demo: your name, organisation, email address, phone number and anything you write in the message, plus the page you sent it from, the time, and the country your connection comes from. We use these only to reply to you and arrange the demo.
• When you visit: we count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. Cloudflare also keeps short-lived technical logs to protect the site from attacks.
• The spam check: the demo form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. It looks at signals from your browser for that purpose only.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare hosts the website, runs the spam check and the visitor count, and stores a copy of each demo request.
• Resend delivers the emails the demo form sends: one to our team and a confirmation to you.

Both may process data outside Bhutan, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

The stored copy of a demo request is deleted automatically after 180 days. If you become a customer, what we need to work with you is then kept under our agreement with your company.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@chilliquest.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change how this website handles your details, we will update this page and its date.
